LENEXA, Kan. — November 2026 — Champion FleetCare is now an Optic Truck Works center, expanding its services to inspect and refurbish FedEx trucks before resale. From its Lenexa facility, the company will evaluate vehicle conditions and complete repairs and refurbishment work to prepare delivery trucks for their next operators.
Optic Truck Works focuses on FedEx-spec commercial delivery vehicles and works with independent service providers, contractors, and vendors involved in fleet development and financing. Its inventory includes step vans, box trucks, cutaways, and cargo vans. The company emphasizes matching trucks to their intended work, with vehicle condition and route requirements playing a central role in the process.
The new arrangement brings that focus together with Champion FleetCare's existing commercial truck inspection and repair capabilities in the Kansas City metro area. As an Optic Truck Works center, Champion FleetCare will serve as a dedicated location for inspecting and refurbishing delivery vehicles before resale.
Champion FleetCare operates a fully equipped Lenexa shop, providing facility-based and mobile service for light-, medium-, and heavy-duty commercial vehicles, including delivery trucks and box trucks.
